Return Policy (New Furniture)

Customer will have 72 hours after either pickup or delivery of items to report a defect, damage or if you are unhappy with a purchase. A refund will be provided of the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Any sales tax collected will be refunded in full. Delivery fee’s are non refundable. If items need to be picked up return delivery fee’s may apply. Refunds will be returned in the same manner as you paid (credit card, cash etc). After the 72 hour return period any defects may be covered by manufacturer warranty, if any. All returns must be in unused and new condition. Please contact us at 916-599-4102 for information.

All Sales are final. Furniture, artwork and home décor from our Clearance Center or staged furniture is non refundable and non returnable. Please inspect the items carefully prior to purchase.
